Who we are

This policy covers the Augent Wealth website at augentwealth.com.Augent Wealth is a product in development. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Augent Wealth.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• your email address
• the topics you choose to tell us about, if any
• which website form you used and which version of the signup wording you saw
• whether you confirmed your subscription

We do not collect financial account information, account numbers, or balances through this website, and we ask you not to send them to us by email.

When you browse the site, PostHog records the pages you visit, clicks and other interactions, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. It also records sessions, which are replays of how pages are used, with text typed into form fields masked. PostHog sets a cookie and uses your browser’s local storage to recognize returning visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

Who processes it

• Loops stores your waitlist details and sends our emails.
• PostHog, hosted in the United States, runs our site analytics. When you join, it also receives your email address, the topics you chose, and the signup source, so we can count and manage waitlist signups.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps request logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to run and secure the service.

Why we use it

We use your waitlist details to send you the product and Library updates you signed up for and to invite you to early access. We use analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details while the waitlist and early access are running, or until you ask us to delete them. Unsubscribing stops our emails. To remove your details entirely, ask us to delete them.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them by emailing hello@augentwealth.com. A deletion request deletes your contact in Loops and your person record and its events in PostHog.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information.

This website is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
